  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are nonrefundable.
  • Unexpected flight delays are the responsibility of the airline. Should your flight be delayed more than 30 minutes, the scheduled shuttle/sedan for your reservation will have been sent off to complete another scheduled job and your reservation will be listed as a no-show. With that said, we encourage you to contact the courtesy desk for the airline that delayed you and inquire about receiving a travel voucher. At that point, feel free to book a ride home with us and we will be able to get you home.
  • We reserve the right to be delayed because of traffic delays and reasons beyond our control.
  • Children under 12 accompanied by a paying adult travel FREE.
  • Our luggage policy mirrors that of the airlines. Passengers are allowed two checked bags and one carry-on per passenger.
  • Sun City Express is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen luggage.
  • All pets are required to be in a kennel unless it is noted at the time of the reservation. Customers traveling with service animals are responsible for the care and control of the animal.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed in our vehicles (with the exception of bottled water).
  • Unannounced flight changes may result in longer than usual wait times at the airport.
  • Unannounced Honor Flight arrivals may experience longer than usual wait times at the airport.

We’re very happy to announce that we’ve resumed serving the West Valley. 

In response to COVID-19, we’ve implemented a series of new policies and procedures.

For more than 32 years, the safety and well-being of our staff and passengers has been and will continue to be our most important priority.
